The NEXUS modular building system offers you complete design freedom to configure the layout of your building, for whatever you need.
They can include large open plan spaces – perfect for communal areas, shared office space or extensive welfare set ups – or partitioned to create private areas such as meeting rooms or offices.Â
The modular buildings are designed in partnership with you to suit your requirements, then precision-engineered at our UK factory, delivered and installed rapidly on-site. The beauty of the NEXUS modular building system is that you can add more modules at a later date to increase capacity.

Paint options
We have the capability to provide an exterior paint finish to match your company branding and can colour match RAL numbers.
Warranty
All of our units come with a standard 10 year structural manufacturing defects warranty. All other products and external paintwork has a 12 month defects warranty.
